SentryRF is a counter-surveillance application that scans for nearby WiFi and Bluetooth devices to help users identify potential tracking devices. The App:
- Detects WiFi and Bluetooth devices in your vicinity
- Analyzes device behavior patterns
- Provides risk assessments based on detection patterns
- Displays device locations on maps
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
- Not use the App to violate others' privacy rights
- Not use the App for stalking, harassment, or any illegal surveillance
- Understand that detection of a device does not prove malicious intent
4. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
- We do not guarantee the App will detect all tracking devices
- Detection results are estimates and may contain false positives or negatives
- The App is not a substitute for professional security services
- We are not responsible for actions taken based on App results
- Device detection does not constitute proof of tracking or surveillance
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SENTRYRF BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
