1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using SentryRF ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
SentryRF is a counter-surveillance detection application for Android and Fire OS that scans for potential tracking devices using Bluetooth, WiFi, and physical device sensors. The App uses 11 on-device AI models to classify wireless devices and assess potential surveillance threats. The App is intended as a personal privacy protection tool.
3. Permitted Use
You may use SentryRF for lawful personal counter-surveillance purposes, including detecting tracking devices placed on your person, vehicle, or belongings without your consent. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the App complies with applicable local, state, and federal laws.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not use SentryRF to:
- Conduct surveillance or counter-surveillance operations that violate applicable laws
- Interfere with law enforcement investigations
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the application
- Use the App in any manner that could damage or overburden any server or network
- Misrepresent detection results as definitive proof of surveillance in legal proceedings without professional TSCM verification
5. Disclaimer of Accuracy
SentryRF uses consumer-grade device sensors and machine learning algorithms to detect potential surveillance devices. The App does not guarantee detection of all tracking devices, particularly passive devices, professionally shielded equipment, or powered-off devices. Detection results should be interpreted as indicators, not definitive findings.
AI-generated threat scores, device classifications, and surveillance assessments are probabilistic and may produce false positives or false negatives. For high-stakes security situations, professional TSCM services with dedicated equipment are recommended.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
SentryRF offers a free 7-day Pro trial and optional Pro subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the platform where you downloaded the App:

Basic scanning features remain free indefinitely. Pro features (Sound Locator, Physical Sweep, Tactical Sweep, Network Scanner, and advanced threat analysis) require an active subscription after the trial period.
7. Privacy and Data
SentryRF processes all data locally on your device. No scan results, device data, location information, or personal data is transmitted to any server. The App contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising frameworks, and no cloud dependencies. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.
8. Intellectual Property
SentryRF and all associated intellectual property, including but not limited to the software, algorithms, AI models, OUI database, design, branding, and documentation, are owned by SentryRF and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Patent pending.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SentryRF and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, privacy breaches, failure to detect surveillance devices, personal injury, or property damage.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or our website.
